Some key points I took about Cyndane...

1. What you see is what you get. It's actually a very helpful clue because it removes a very popular theory that she is being held by a partial True Power shield.

2. Lanfear did not get her abilities from the Finns. This is beyond their abilities.

3. For some reason Brandon made a mistake thinking that Cyndane was very weak in the Power - like Morgase weak. It's such a strange mistake, but obviously there is more to Cyndane than a strength tree. I'm starting to wonder if Lanfear wasn't burnt out or severely damaged and marked as such by RJ as 'very weak' and healed in some way, partially. It's odd that Maria has to debate this with Brandon - something is odd about Cyndane.

4. Brandon says we'll find out in the next book about why she didn't decrease in strength significantly, but did decrease in strength. Yay :D
