She is a short young woman with long silver hair, vivid blue eyes and an impressive bosom. She holds herself very straight striving for height. (TPoD,Ch12) She has a low, breathy voice. (WH,Ch13)

Moiraine had dark hair and typical dark Cairhenin eyes. Her voice was usually described as "musical" or "like chimes" IIRC. As for her bosom, I never got the impression Mo was busty.


About the bosom, though, that was actually kind of the point - that I didn't recall ever having seen anything about Moiraine's, and that two physical descriptions of individuals that don't seem to have much in common can still refer to the same person, if they just describe other aspects. But with the hair and eyes, yeah, evidently not. The voice is a good point too.
