Suana is offering Egwene a place in her Ajah because she wants an incredibly powerful Channeler who will likely end up as Amyrlin someday (in Suana's mind that would be in 200 years) and bring much notoriety to the Yellow.

Egwene must be a shallow douche for commenting on Suana being "plump and round faced" I mean only a woman completely pre-occupied with her own beauty would ever think to herself about another woman's physical appearance!

This one is grasping for reasons to complain about Egwene, even for you!
