She committed the crime of hiding a Forsaken from justice.


So did Rand, Moiraine, Nynaeve, Elayne and Siuan.

The penalty for being a Forsaken is execution, but Cadsuane and all her friends rather interrogated Semirhage - openly admitting that they wanted her knowledge. Even Sorilea said they should cut her throat but Cadsuane made the same decision Nynaeve and Egwene did.
