I mean seriously, where did it come from?

Try to picture it in the middle of any of the other books.

It just doesn't fit.


Actually there are loads of things in the other books that really don't "fit" that well. Like the end of tEotW and the duel at the end of tGH. Of late, we have sinking towns, ghost towns and towns that go crazy.

If Sanderson had written the entire ghost routine, would you have said it fits?
