Dude doesn't take safety seriously enough. I wouldn't walk down a hallway without constantly channeling to sense and find hidden one power traps and etc. And I would have every room searched out by the maidens before I stepped in. And I would never meet anyone I don't intimately know without bodyguards (LOC anyone? meeting AS alone? Dump-ass).
