I would have loved to see a little bit of a broader vision from RJ in this respect.

It would have been more powerful with his writing style being very warm, familiar and quaint in many ways to have each character trying to rally support or exploring different areas of the world, but with so many of them being so similar, from the same part of the world and in similar mindsets, and weight down with all this prophetic expectation...it's no wonder that more interest is generated by a three page Forsaken tea party then wondering how the Four-Five book long odyssey of "Egwene becomes the real Amyrlin" can sometimes be met with ideas/theories about the particulars but no excitement about the actual substance (ie: I'm an Egwene fan, but I think I heard a collective sigh of relief from all the fans around the world by the end of TGS.)


But I think sometimes we all forget that the events of the last 5 or 6 books take place over only a few of months or so since it took most of us like 12 years to see the resolution
