Will he use it again? Absolutely.
I believe the true power will be instrumental in his victory over the shadow.
I have some sort of sense that in order to make the seal on the dark one's prison "complete" it will involve both saidin and saidar, both sides of the power of the LIGHT, and also the true power, the power of the DARk -- somehow melded together.
