At least the color and that the hair is somewhat curly seems similar.


Tight curls and long wavy hair are quite different. The black color is not significant since the Domani are described as olive skinned/dark hair/eyes, so practically anyone from there would have black hair. The dress is common enough in that region.

I don't believe Millisair was a DF, especially after torturing Graendal's messenger for information.
