Why's he too powerful? Sidious Send a noteboard - 28/01/2010 04:31:56 PM
He's too powerful to really be considered brave, and he's never had to sacrifice anything in the way that others have had. The problem is that in this series, the bravest characters often are not the protagonists whom are so much more powerful with deus ex machina working overtime to assure their victory nor are they secondary characters who know too little to be truly brave.

Perhaps we can consider Tigraine, who went to the Waste, came to a battlefield heavily pregnant and gave birth after a death blow only to fulfill a Prophecy to save the world.

Lews Therin was the strongest male channeler, but what does that mean next to the combined armies of the Blight and the Dark One himself?
