You are grasping at straws simply because we've only met 1 Domani female of consequence. Very few Randlanders have been willing to make any kind of concessions in fashion etc... I have a very hard time imagining Milisair going so far as to cut and curl her hair (in a humid climate such as AD that's a nightmare too) just on the off chance that a DF from the Social may have seen her... very very thin
