Or maybe there's something about TP BF which is different to OP BF? Like it doesn't actually burn back in time? Semi is still toast since the DO has used her up, but this might explain why Moridin hasn't just BF'ed everything: it damages the pattern, but not in the same way the OP does.
The theory basically assumes that the TP is equally lethal to the Pattern in all forms, like a virulent disease, but when the OP BF is used on the Pattern, that's like a body's immune system fighting itself.
