This is the place Rand's "dead body" is supposed to go. There's all sorts of foreshadowing about how the LB may be launched from here.

Elaida as Amyrlin, or anyone but Egwene or Siuan as Amyrlin makes no sense for these events. They're the only two we can trust not to botch up Rand related things.
