But Birgitte, Gaidal Cain, Heroes are all bound to the wheel. We don't know of any soul that is not connected to the wheel, but in 'limbo' or waiting to be respun or whatever, having a physical appearance. And aren't souls born into different bodies? Why does Rand and LTT look so different, but Birgitte always have golden braid...
