ok so how exactly do you "flutter eyelashes"? Vivien - 18/01/2003 09:45:32 AM

aside from blinking i mean. or do you blink rapidly? what is it?

i have pretty long natural lashes so it always mystified me that it's possible to somehow move them flirtatiously and i am not aware of the technique
