I always thought it weird how people weren't able to figure out that it wasn't Sirius who was the bad guy. Like you said, some people knew he wasn't the secret keeper. And Dumbledore is pretty smart. I would think he would be able to figure it out. Is there a reason he would have known but held his tongue while Sirius suffered in Azkaban?
