We could certainly do some interesting book clubs on French lit, if we had enough participants.

Too bad the book club model died a gruesome death a long time ago.
But yeah, that does seem rather optimistic, the board's current state being what it is.
The Russian Book Club had a few successes (a few failures too, granted), and that wasn't that long ago, but it's true the board's grown quieter since then.
