And yes, love, sex, hugs from mommy and books are definitely on the list. I wouldn't know about money, but I am sure those are nice, too.

As are crispy apples, kittens, interesting people, ripe plums, cinnamon buns ... I think I should state that not all of these are for eating. I am just hungry right now, so those things are uppermost in my mind.

Sitting outside during a summer night, wearing a blanket and looking at stars and discussing what your crazy uncle has done this time. Used book stores. A perfect coffee. Surprises. Learning new things.

The point is not to be happy all the time, or never to be sad. It is about the good bits, and perhaps more importantly, what hasn't happened yet. Curiosity, perhaps? I don't know.

You could eat kittens, but it would be better to wait until they've gained a bit more weight.

Eat those interesting people's brains. Not their other bits, unless those are the bits you find interesting. :winky:



Yes. I won't be doing that. Unless I get REALLY hungry. But not today. And I suspect kittens will actually taste better than cats. Lambs are better than sheep, after all.
