When someone who loves you says your name. When you feel the warmth of the sun on your cheek. When grass is freshly cut and smells amazing.

It's talking with friends over a bottle (or 4) of wine, arguing about politics and the best way to fix the world, then shifting seamlessly into discussing royal rebellions and penguin invasions.

It's having a crappy day and then coming home to a hug and a smile.

It's knowing that there are people who care for you.

And it's the sense of accomplishment when you go through a bad time and come out a little stronger at the end.


Oh. And books. It's all about books, man.


Mmmm. A friend and I found an afforadable - well, affordable for her - Cotes du Rhone Chateauneuf-du-pape thingy the other day, 2006 or so. I provided the cheese and crackers. Mmmmmmmm.
