Right now RAFO actually looks like a site made with some quality. There's nothing like having some ugly ads splashed across the screen to give you that 1998 out-of-the-box Geocities feel.

Your latter two options are decent, but your first one is, frankly, stupid. If we want to be a respectable site, we should look like one.
