Now, I definitely don't think it's an excuse for cheating, but science points to humans not being naturally monogamous, which leads me to think that most guys likely have sexual thoughts about women who aren't their partners.

Of course "everyone" is, you know, a little ridiculous, if for no other reason than the fact that a fair number of men are asexual. But I feel fairly confident in asserting that males who don't have sexual thoughts about other women are, well, in a fairly small minority.
