It's easy and, I think, more logical to construe EACH of O'Donnells question as the same one reiterated and never answered than to assume she raised a classic Constitutional law debate despite a complete ignorance of its nature that makes its mention inexplicable. You (along with Coons and apparently the assembled lawyers) expect me to believe she's as ignorant as she must be to justify your scorn, yet she wouldn't have known the issue EXISTED to raise if she were. The willingness of her opponent and the assembled lawyers to read things as they choose only underscores her complaints that they do the same with the Constitution.
