I thought it was pretty obvious I was talking about bottled juice on the grocery store shelves which yes, is pretty much just sugar. The stuff at McDonalds and other restaraunts is just that (bulk manufactured bottled juice). And while there might be some vitamin C and a few minerals in some of them the needed dietary amounts are typically easily obtainable in actual whole food in abundance. Thus no actual need to drink bottled juice.

The bottled up juice on the shelf is mass produced, often refined, shit. I am not taklking about drinking juice from freshly squeezed (or juiced/blended) fruits and vegetables.
