Tim was going to ask this the other day (he's just had an exam for criminal law) but forgot so I have decided to do it for him.

1) Do you think (consensual) incest should be illegal? Please give your reason.

No. My reason? If it's consensual, it's consensual. I can't say "yes, because it gives me the heebie jeebies."

2) What about necrophilia?

I say no, because there is only one person able to make the choice.
