I think that there's a strong biological impulse to the contrary here, but if two adults (who happen to be related to each other) want to have consensual protected sex, then I can find no reason to stop them.
Whether or not they should be allowed to reproduce is a different and trickier question.

2) What about necrophilia?


This one really kind of grosses me out. I don't relish the idea of being used by strangers for bizarre sexual gratification after my death. I would say that there would need to be some sort of documented consent before death in order for that to be legal.
