I'm pretty sure the law draws a distinction between consent and coercion. Also, you're assuming a parent/child situation, which is not the sole relationship encompassed. To draw a site-related example: what about ASoIaF, with Jamie and Cersie?


Yes... but I would imagine in a family relationship it has a really hard time judging where the line is.
And no, I wasn't considering only a parent/ child relationship - I'm not sure why you assume that but I don't know why you would think it only applies to a parent/ child relationship and not to a sibling relationship.
