He does not need to be cuddled, he needs to be locked away forever but killing him does nothing but satisfy bloodlust. Shooting the insane will not stop drug dealers form killing people, shooting drug dealers will not even do that.


So if I were to go out and shoot 6 people and kill them it's perfectly acceptable for my parents to say, "Don't kill him. We'll lock him away in the basement and give him drug."? All that does is give the person another chance to kill again. It's stupid to keep people like that alive.
