The shock value of the video (I didn't watch, just read Tash's transcription) is in what it implies. There's no actual explicit sexual material.

We judge sexually explicit words vs. images in very different ways.

Have we ever seen children sing dirty filthy songs? Or in that movie Kick-Ass (I didn't see it), people seemed delighted at the little girl who cursed badly. The reaction was quite different from what would be if the little girl was portrayed in any sexual acts that she might describe.
