At the risk of stretching the page out annoyingly, I think I should say that I partly agree with both of you. We are going to have to do some things to update, because it IS hard for new people to feel a part of the site when most of us only click on those we recognize. This is why I said that maybe some sort of preview would be appropriate - we can still have a board that looks and works the same (down with homogenization!), but gives us the opportunity to glimpse the content of anyone's post. Again, that could be much too difficult, but the idea of updating w/o going crazy is an important one to explore.
