Has she changed a lot over the time you've been together? E.g. has she gained weight during the relationship? Switched jobs, finished school, anything?
She's clearly driving you away, but it's unlikely to be her intention. Most likely scenario is that she has very low self esteem. You can help with that to a certain extent, like complimenting her, doing thoughtful things... But ultimately it's something that she needs to work on.
