In my opinion he's either a complete moron for intentionally implying the the Chairman of the Fed should be hanged as a traitor if he does his job or he's a complete moron for failing to realise he was implying the the Chairman of the Fed should be hanged as a traitor if he does his job. Neither option makes him someone I'd want as President if I was American (or in fact makes me want him as President regardless of me not being American, given the US's global influence).
