Favorites, in no particular order:
Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, (proper) Cheddar, Havarti, Feta (and other varieties of goat cheese), Halloumi, Paneer.
Disliked:
Emmentaler, Jarlsberg, Processed.
Detested:
Ricotta (thankfully, technically not a cheese).
I'm pretty content with everything else. I don't jump in delight when I see mozzarella, but I think it's tasty enough.

I don't know the meaning of those terrible words! Who actually likes that stuff?
I'm not strange. I'm normal. Everyone else is strange.

Cheddar is okay. What isn't okay is the US doesn't seem to have much of anything else.

Those are processed, yes. As is "American" cheese. As is most cheese you find in supermarkets.

I like cheese. I didn't used to, though. I didn't eat it for 10 years.

<3 Brie, but I don't like the rind either, and I'm not embarrassed about not eating it.
