I'll start with that cheddar is the best cheese of all time.

I like cheddar.... it needs to be good cheddar though - well aged and from cheddar. 'cause I'm a snob who likes good cheese

Also, adore stichelton. Which is stilton but even better, hard as that might be to believe.
