Ah, I read that like you were questioning how it qualified as cheese

I don't know what sort of blue cheeses you've had but it is like a far better version of the best of them, in my opinion. It is very creamy and smooth but also with a really good, rich stilton flavour.
Funnily enough, the guy who produces it is American who moved to the UK.
