If the police tell you move have to move, it really is simple. Civil disobedience is not a right and if you refuse to obey the law (that is where the disobedience part comes in) you get arrested. If you refuse to be arrested the police can use force to arrest you. If you get hurt in that process it is nothing more than logical consequences of your choices and you have no one to blame but yourself.
