but yet they are willing to place a GPS tracker on your car without a warrant because they think your personal driveway is a public place and therefore fair game

These days I just take it for granted that the SCOTUS will side with the government in all cases unless they were brought by a member of the GOP. Thank God for small blessings, I suppose.
