last i checked, there was not a 25% unemployment rate in this country so i'm not sure where you get the idea that 50% of americans paid no income tax. of course, linking to a study by the heritage foundation is not exactly unbiased either. i'm sure they don't have an agenda to push when it comes to making rich people richer in the US :rolleyes:
