Assuming that the atheist who's supposed to be annoyed is a friend or relative of the deceased atheist, they wouldn't believe it could have any effect on anything, and would probably shake their head and sigh at the crazy religious whackjob who thinks it could.
If you're saying the deceased atheist would be annoyed by a posthumous baptism, then they probably wouldn't be an atheist any more when they realised they had a post-death consciousness.
