Assuming that the atheist who's supposed to be annoyed is a friend or relative of the deceased atheist, they wouldn't believe it could have any effect on anything, and would probably shake their head and sigh at the crazy religious whackjob who thinks it could.
That depends entirely upon who is having the reaction. I'd be pissed - it's extremely rude to decide that someone didn't know enough to take care (rather than that they have expressly decided how to be), and that it's for you to do it in their place.
If you're saying the deceased atheist would be annoyed by a posthumous baptism, then they probably wouldn't be an atheist any more when they realised they had a post-death consciousness.
There is that. But you know what I meant!
Do you know the best way to anger an atheist?

Or, you could baptize one of them, posthumously.

I can't think of any reason for an atheist to be annoyed by that.
