The left can't run on his record so they want to pretend like Romney is the only one who makes gaffs and those gaffs will decide the race. Obama has his share of gaffs and if he follows the foolish advice of his supporters and tries to make the campaign about gaffs will just look silly and petty when Romney calls him out on his own gaffs then moves onto issues. Besides he probably should have picked a different VP if he was going with that strategy.
