coming from your side of the aisle, I take that as a compliment. :-) imlad Send a noteboard - 11/07/2013 12:18:07 AM

Being called nutty by someone who has the tendency to take the right-wing/batshitcrazy side of issues really is a compliment. Not far off of how Yoda would respond to Palpatine calling the Jedi Master "nutty."

He deserves to get something. Just not murder or homicide. The prosecution over-charged, plain and simple.

I'd so the only mistake the prosecution has made is general incompetence. So many arguments they failed to pick up on using against the defense witnesses, stuff that I caught myself, and stuff that has been pointed out by the dozens or so lawyers/judges I've seen covering the case.

Now if the prosecution had tried pushing for 1st degree murder, then yes, they would have overcharged. I will say though, I think Zimmerman had been aching for a chance to shoot one of "these assholes" for a while. The man clearly profiled Martin, just like he's apparently profiled every other black youth he sees. I don't care if he is part hispanic, the man is a fucking racist, at least against blacks.

For me, the perfect punishment for Zimmerman would be to have him dumped in the center of Compton, naked except for the paint on his back saying identifying him for the racist gun-loving piece of shit he is.

Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.

The prosecution has been terrible in this case. It reminds me of the OJ prosecution. - 10/07/2013 10:58:50 PM 723 Views

He was under no legal obligation to do so. - 12/07/2013 01:39:45 AM 750 Views
He was also under no legal obligation to follow Martin, despite being neighbourhood watchman - 12/07/2013 05:15:00 PM 895 Views
