How is a short-term holiday rental not a business? LiterateDog Send a noteboard - 19/11/2013 06:01:50 PM

The lady is basically turning her flapartment into an unlicensed one room hotel. Other than scale, how is she any different than a Holiday Inn?

Now, I'm in favor of lax land use regulations, but if those regulations (especially of businesses) exist, then they should be enforced.

For the door, yes. For the holiday let, I don't think so. - 16/11/2013 09:58:30 AM 840 Views

Perhaps I don't grasp the gravity of the situation. - 16/11/2013 03:52:15 PM 856 Views
It's more irritating that grave, but I do worry about security to an extent. - 16/11/2013 07:47:02 PM 774 Views

Not always, according to what title deeds and zoning restrictions say. *NM* - 16/11/2013 10:32:20 PM 371 Views
