I'm not sure what is up with your particular hatred of Black Lives Matter. Sure, they may be obnoxious and go out of their way to shock and offend. But it's hard to get around their basic point. When the day comes that you can claim with a straight face that black Americans face the same justice as white ones for the same crimes, whether it's for trivial things or on death row, that's the day when you can dismiss them. Until then, not so much.

On the bright side, criminal justice reform seems to be one of the few points where there are good prospects for bipartisan progress - that might just be an indication of how unbelievably messed up it is right now, though.
