So. In the not-too-distant future we'll be having a vote on this too?
Tim thinks we'll vote no.
But Labour has already accepted the treaty, and as the article says, unless Klaus hangs on for months against the will of his own government and people, or unless you get a general election long before the deadline next spring, Cameron's position won't matter.
