I thought that was the whole point, that Trump's children had realized it was high time for him to make the pivot towards the general election campaign, to start speaking and acting in a more presidential, more dignified way. None of that has happened nor looks likely ever to happen. At this point it's starting to look like Trump is simply inherently not able and/or not willing to make such a switch - which in my book also means he's not capable of being president of the United States.

And if it really goes on like this, I somehow have a feeling that even his current tepid support among the Republican leadership and Congressional candidates is going to vanish between now and the election.
