Here the BBC was doing the right thing for once in allowing Nick Griffon to appear. Whilst simultaneously doing the wrong thing by populating the audience with the usual left wing liberal guardianistas, and then allowing said audience to do nothing but hammer 1 topic over and over again.
We had a chance to expose them as 1 trick racist ponies, with no actual policies. Instead it turned into a program all about Nick, all about bashing Nick. They couldn't even discuss the topic rationally, when do that when you can kick Nick. And that is exactly what the BNP would have been looking for.
Total failure of a programme.
