I think it is a completely unwarranted invasion of privacy and I see no reason why it is anyone's business if Bob the plumber is a member of any particular political party any more than it is their business if he likes bacon sandwiches or prefers tea to coffee - if he wants people to know, then he can tell them. The only exception should be if they are a politician or a figure who is required to be impartial (judges etc)
Then there is the second factor - I don't put a whole lot of faith in some random list on the internet where there is no check on the reliability of that list. It could be 100% fake, 75% fake, 25% fake and there is no way of knowing, nor of objecting for people it is untrue about.
