It was not the same thing as moussaka. It did have meat sauce, but no cream sauce. I think I might try moussaka soon. Sounds like lots of steps though.
Other than that, it's not truly that many steps - I'm horribly inefficient due to a total lack of kitchen experience
, but if you're any good at coordinating and timing, it's probably no more than half an hour or so of work before putting the whole thing in the oven.
