i just mean the nutritive/food composition of what you eat. I don't mean the "omigod i hve to control what i eat and lose weight etc...etc..." diet.
The main difference I saw between Atkins and the Paleolithic Diet was that Atkins is predominately geared towards weight loss and high protein consumption. The paleolithic diet is more geared towards healthy eating and plant consumption balanced with meat.
