because it puts a face and a name to the debate. By many accounts, Tim wouldn't even exist...because his mother's doctors regarded him as nothing important. They were willing to get rid of him based upon...opinion?

If she had caved into their opinions, he would be dead. Because of her regard for her son's life Tim lives. It is a fantastic message to share that his mother's love is *literally* why he lives.

Scene opens with Osama Bin Ladens mom in an abortion clinic

Then the screen goes black and white letter pops up saying "If only..."
